Two cleaning methods of cooling tower packing

Manually clean the scale and slag falling off in the cooling tower;

Rinse the filler repeatedly with a high-pressure water gun to remove the sludge and scale under cleaning;

Dissolve the TNB safe and efficient descaling agent with hot water at about 50 ℃, and then wash the filler repeatedly with a washing pump until the scale is washed clean (if the filler has a long service life, causing aging and collapse, it is recommended to replace the filler), and add bactericidal and algaecide to completely kill biological algae and bacteria;

Make sure that all parts of the system are cleaned, and then drain the waste water;

Rinse the filler and the inside and outside of the tower with clean water;

Restore all parts of the system and make up water to use;

After all recovery, please Party A management personnel acceptance;

Evacuate Party B's articles and clean the site;

Duration: according to the actual situation.

1, temporary use of plastic cloth to build a large pool;

2. Add the cleaning agent to the water;

3. Remove the filler from the cooling tower and put it into the medicine pool to soak;

4. Wash the soaked filler with clean water and put it back into the cooling tower;

5. Place the cloth with medicine on the water replenisher of the cooling tower, and soak and dredge the water replenisher mouth;
