2. 4. The heat dissipation of the packing accounts for more than 85% of the total temperature drop in the cross-flow tower. The heat dissipation process of the cooling tower is mainly carried out on the plate surface of the heat dissipation filler. The water film on the surface of the filler slowly flows down. The innermost water film is high enthalpy wet air with a humidity of 100. Water molecules run from the high enthalpy area to the low enthalpy fresh air entering the tower, increasing the enthalpy value of the air coming out of the tower. As the concentration of water molecules decreases, the water molecules in the circulating hot water continuously evaporate from liquid to gaseous, thereby taking away the latent heat of vapor. According to the above principle, the advantages and disadvantages of the packing is the key to the refrigeration effect. 5. Square cooling tower packing adopts domestic original (commonly used abroad) suspended packing without bonding. As we all know, the surface of the packing crystallizes and precipitates due to evaporation of water in circulating water and increase of inorganic concentration, scaling occurs on the surface of the packing and the inner wall of the tower and the inner wall of the pipeline. The old continental packing is bonded and supported by a bracket. In use, it falls into a "vicious circle", that is, its weight becomes heavier after fouling, with the impact of water flow, "bending over" deformation occurs, and the front of the deformed filler is impacted by the water flow, which in turn makes the deformation more serious. This is an irreversible "vicious circle". When this cycle starts, the filler will soon break and collapse the bonding point due to pulling force. The suspended filler forms a virtuous circle of "dynamic balance".
