Packing of filler:

Usually use multi-layer paper bags, bags with valves or transfer containers. The choice of packaging takes into account the following factors: processing speed, material protection, material flow characteristics, storage space, suitability for palletization and stacking, product purity, stability, cleanliness, environmental safety and waste disposal.

Transportation:

Traditional modes of transportation include trains, cars, ships, etc. Trains are usually used for bulk powder, paper bags and medium bulk box transportation, and the transportation volume is generally 20~25t.

Cars are mainly used for the transportation of Baozhuang filler, but bulk transportation is also growing, and bulk powder transportation vehicles can be loaded in amounts of up to 50t.

Due to the need for special loading and unloading equipment, it is more complicated to transport bulk filler by ship, and fixed or mobile conveyor belt loading is commonly used.

Storage:

Filler storage is a complex problem. Filler can be stored in door-frame buildings, general-purpose warehouses, storage barges, storage silos, large hoppers and simple silos.
