Two cleaning methods of cooling tower packing

The cleaning method of cooling tower filler (I): manually clean the scale residue falling off the cooling tower; Use high-pressure water gun to repeatedly wash the filler to remove sludge scale under cleaning, etc. Dissolve TNB safe and efficient descaling agent with hot water at about 50 ℃, and then wash the filler repeatedly with a washing pump until the scale is washed clean (if the filler has a long service life and causes aging and collapse, it is recommended to replace the filler), and add bactericidal algicide, completely kill biological algae and bacteria; After confirming that all parts of the system are cleaned, discharge sewage; Rinse the filler and the inside and outside of the tower with clean water; Restore all parts of the system and replenish water before use; After all the recovery, please ask Party A's management personnel for acceptance; Evacuate Party B's belongings and clean the site; Time limit: according to the actual situation. Remove the packing from the cooling tower and put it into the medicine pool for soaking; 4. Rinse the soaked filler with clear water and put it back to the cooling tower. 5. Place cloth with medicine on the water replenisher of the cooling tower and soak and dredge the water replenisher mouth; 6. Use the same method to remove the scale on the cooling tower chassis. 7. Rinse the packing and the inside and outside of the tower with clean water; 8. Restore all parts of the system and make up water to use it. 9. Time limit: according to the actual situation.
